What is a Duffeyroll?

A Duffeyroll is Duffeyrolls' signature cinnamon roll, made with a proprietary dough that bakes up light with a buttery crunch and a soft, gooey center.

Since 1986

Who started Duffeyrolls?

Jim Duffey and Nick Ault started Duffeyrolls in 1986, selling cinnamon rolls from two pushcarts on the 16th Street Mall.

Six months later they opened the first bakery. Nick has owned and run it since 1987, and in 2025 he was inducted into the Colorado Foodservice Hall of Fame.

Our purpose is simple: to create memorably delicious eats and experiences that are the talk of the town.
